Akins High School is located in South Austin, near the intersection of South First and FM 1626 about 10 miles South of downtown.

From the North:
Follow I35 South to exit 225 (FM 1626 / Onion Creek Parkway)
Travel half a mile south on the access road, then turn right (west) onto FM 1626.
Travel half a mile west on FM 1626, then turn right (north) onto South First Street.
You will see the school on the right.

From the South:
Follow I35 North to exit 225 (FM 1626 / Onion Creek Parkway)
Travel a quarter mile north and cross over I35 to the south bound frontage road.
Travel half a mile south on the access road, then turn right (west) onto FM 1626.
Travel half a mile west on FM 1626, then turn right (north) onto South First Street.
You will see the school on the right.

From East and West Austin:
Use major routes to reach I35 South

Jones Auditorium, Ragsdale Center, St. Edward's University

From I-35: Take the exit for St. Edward's University.
The exit number is (approximately) Exit 230. Take a
right (left) at the exit when going South (North).
Turn right into St. Edward's (quarter mile down the
road). Follow signs to Jones Auditorium/Ragsdale Ctr.
Parking is available in the lots across the auditorium.

From Mopac: Take the exit for 1st Street. Take a right
onto Congress from 1st Street, and cross the bridge.
Go past Riverside and Oltorf. Take a left at the
Woodward traffic light. Turn left into St. Edward's
University from Woodward. Follow the signs to
Ragsdale Center.

Art Auditorium, Art Building, UT-Austin Campus
Located at the corner of 23rd St and San Jacinto.

Note: Locating a spot for parking can be challenging on the U.T. Campus, especially on a home football game day. Please allow additional time in case you need to park your vehicle. Generally most parking spots become eligible to the general public after 4.30 p.m. and on weekends. However, please read the signs carefully before parking.

Some possible locations have been listed below. Verify them before parking to make sure that your vehicle will not be towed.

From Mopac (Loop 1)
Take the Windsor exit going east (towards campus)
Take a left (north) on Guadalupe
Take a right (east) on 26th street
Take a right (south) on San Jacinto
The venue is on the left, at the corner of San Jacinto and 23rd street

From I-35 North
Take the 26th street exit going west (towards campus)
Take a left (south) on San Jacinto
The venue is on the left, at the corner of San Jacinto and 23rd street

Free parking is also available at the parking lot of LBJ library - access from the Red River drive entrance. Please note that this is more than a two block walk to the auditorium, located directly west (towards the main tower)

Bates Recital Hall, Music Building, UT-Austin Campus
Bates Recital Hall is in the Music Building, located at the corner of 25th Street and Robert Dedman Drive (formerly known as East Campus Drive).
The Music Building is directly behind PAC, the Performing Arts Center, which houses Bass Concert Hall.

Please give ample time to find parking on campus. The concert will start exactly on time.
There are parking garages as well as street parking but make sure you do not park in a 24-hour reserved space or you may be towed.

Remember that you want Bates Recital Hall, not Bass Concert Hall. Bates Recital Hall is behind Bass Concert Hall.

Performing Arts Center's Bass Concert Hall is located on the east side of the University of Texas at Austin
campus, at the corner of 23rd and Robert Dedman Drive (formerly called E. Campus Drive).

Parking is free and easy on the east side of campus. After 4 pm, when UT classes are finished,
most of the over 2,500 spaces within walking distance of Bates Recital Hall become vacant. Parking is also
available at several lots located in and around campus. After 4 pm on weekdays and all day on weekends,
parking is free.

From Mopac/Loop 1
Exit 35th
Drive East on 35th which becomes 38th
Turn right onto Guadalupe
Turn Left onto 26th (Dean Keeton)
Turn right onto Robert Dedman Drive

From I-35 Heading North
Exit 26th-32nd Street (loops under IH-35, 26th Street is in far right lane)
Turn left at second street, which is Robert Dedman Drive
From either directions on IH-35 stay on the lower deck for the 26th Street exit.

From I-35 Heading South
Exit 26th-32nd Street (get in the far right lane and make immediate right onto 26th)

Mabee Auditorium, Ragsdale Center, St. Edward’s University
I-35 Exit Woodward Ave., West on Woodward to Andre Drive, turn Right
into St. Edward’s University, Ragsdale Center is on the right side.

Jessen Auditorium - Rainey Hall
Jessen Auditorium on the UT campus is located in Rainey Hall, the second building on your left as you turn onto the 21st street from Guadalupe.

Payne Theater is very close to the Art Auditorium. As you are heading south on San Jacinto, after passing the Art Building on you left, you come to a stop sign. Turn right at that stop sign and you will be on a little loop road that just comes back to San Jacinto. On the right hand side, is the Winship Building.

Radiance Dome

Radiance Dome, Goldenwood Subdivision, off FM 1826 (a few miles south of Barsana Dham).
Directions: Go south on Mopac (Loop 1) to the end (Loop 1 becomes Texas 45); take a LEFT (south) on FM 1826; go 4.2 miles to the Goldenwood subdivision on your LEFT. Turn LEFT from FM 1826 onto Crystal Hills Drive. Follow the CONCERT signs to Radiance Dome - 2nd street to the left once you've entered Radiance.

The Texas School for the Deaf - 1102 South Congress Avenue, Austin, TX
There are two main entrances to the school - One is from South Congress Avenue and another from Elizabeth Street.
